  • Surrounding areas

If you are located outside of these regions, please contact us directly to discuss potential delivery options.

2. Delivery Services

We offer delivery and collection services for:

  • Machinery sales

  • Equipment hire

  • Serviced or repaired equipment returns

Our delivery vehicles are equipped to handle a range of machinery sizes and types, ensuring safe transportation to your site or premises.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of the equipment, delivery location, and urgency.

4. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all items within the following time frames:

  • In-stock sales items: 3–5 working days, by Courier, (Please be aware that during bank holidays and busier periods such as Christmas that delivery times may take longer, this is out of our control.)

  • Hire equipment: Collection only between working hours, charged by date rates.

  • Serviced machinery returns: Within 1–3 working days after service completion, you can call at any point to request an approximate completion date.

Urgent deliveries can often be arranged – just let us know your needs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please:

  • Ensure access is available for delivery vehicles

  • Provide correct site details and contact information

  • Notify us of any access restrictions or specific delivery requirements

  • Provide as much contact information and delivery information as required.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If Delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to site access issues or customer unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply.

  • If Delivery is returned to sender then you will be charged again for delivery costs.
